Position: Baker and Assistant Baker
Duties and responsibilities:
- Mixing, preparing, and baking bread and pastries.
- Opening the bakery every morning.
- Ensuring all baked goods are completed on time for opening.
- To produce superior quality products
Qualifications:
- Male
- 18-30 yrs old
- At least high school graduate
- With or without related experience
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- With good organizational skills
- Must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations.
Position: Scaler
Duties and responsibilities:
- Measures ingredients according to
- Reads daily production schedules and selects formula cards for desired batches.
- Weighs dry ingredients on scales or pour liquid ingredients into graduated containers.
- Places assembled ingredients for each batch with identifying batch number in mixing bowl or machine.
- Records the number of batches prepared.
Qualifications:
- Male
- 18-30 years old
- At least high school graduate
- Knows basic mathematics
- Willing to work overtime
- Has very good organizational skills
- Must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations.
Position: Sales Staff
Duties and responsibilities:
- Welcomes customers as they arrive at the bakery and responds to their queries regarding baked products
- Assists customers in choosing cakes, pastries, cookies, bread, and pies according to their specific tastes
- Carries baked goods to the frontend and place them in an appealing manner in display cases
- Set up and update information regarding the day’s specials or specific offers in window displays
- Must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations.
