Globalport Terminals Inc. – Ozamiz is hiring for Facilities Management Specialist.

Facilities Management Specialist

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead all corrective and preventive maintenance needed in any area, building or ground, within the Ozamiz Port vicinity.
  • Ensure that the port facility, building and ground, is clean and well maintained according to the company policies and guidelines set by Philippine Port Authority.
  • Conduct and document regular facilities inspections.
  • Oversee space planning projects, office renovations, refurbishments, and building projects.
  • Prepares reports in relation to Facility Management and other information which may be needed by the Administrative Manager.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any course
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the related field
  • With good communication skills and can prepare various written reports
  • Has actual exposure to facilities management
