Facilities Management Specialist
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead all corrective and preventive maintenance needed in any area, building or ground, within the Ozamiz Port vicinity.
- Ensure that the port facility, building and ground, is clean and well maintained according to the company policies and guidelines set by Philippine Port Authority.
- Conduct and document regular facilities inspections.
- Oversee space planning projects, office renovations, refurbishments, and building projects.
- Prepares reports in relation to Facility Management and other information which may be needed by the Administrative Manager.
Qualifications:
- College graduate of any course
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the related field
- With good communication skills and can prepare various written reports
- Has actual exposure to facilities management
