Personal Collection is currently looking for Invoicing Clerks and Warehouse Custodian Assistant for Oroquieta branch.
Job Qualifications:
- No age limit, currently living in Oroquieta or willing to work in Oroquieta, Misamis Occidental
- College level from any course/ studies or equivalent
- Team player, flexible, creative, and thrives in a multi-tasking role
- Willing to work during holidays, rest-days, Sundays, and overtime, if needed only
- Good communication skills, people-oriented, and attentive to work responsibilities
Job Type: Full-Time | Minimum rate for Oroquieta

Schedule:
- 9-hour shift / 2 days rest day per week
Invoicing Clerk
Key Responsibilities:
- Processes orders accurately according to agreed standards
- Develops and recommends orderly and systematic ordering sequence to facilitate waiting time of dealers
- Clarifies orders of dealers, promo offers being availed, and other details
Qualifications:
- Vocational/ bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least one-year experience in the same position
Warehouse Custodian Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Receives, verifies, and inspects products delivered to the branch
- Maintains inventory of goods and manages products in the stockroom
- Implements security guidelines and good warehouse practices
Qualifications:
- Vocational/ short course/ bachelor’s degree in any field
- Preferably with experience in a similar role
- Able and willing to do physical activities such as lifting boxes and bagged products for delears
