Accounting Supervisor
General Functions:
To execute accurate and on time financial reporting, effective feed backing, analyzing and creating solutions that support cost effective operations. Ensure financial interests of the distributor are safeguarded and aligned to set standards as determined by NPI’s Distributors Business Model.
To be assigned in Tangub City, Misamis Occidental
Specific Functions:
- Prepares to all periodic reports for timely and accurate submission;
- Safeguards company property and recommends ideas to improve control that is suitable for the need of the branch/site.
- Monitors closely the Account Receivable collection /turn over to maintain the liquidity of the company;
- Checks and validates daily accounting transactions such as; cash disbursements, expense liquidation, cash & check collection (DCRR) and other accounting transaction in the branch/site.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of college degree BS in Accountancy
- Minimum 3 years Finance/Accounting Management experience in FMCG environment or Distributor Operations

General Trade Manager
General Functions:
- To facilitate and ensure the achievement of sales, distribution, merchandising, and collection targets on the assigned covered areas every month within the set standards.
To be assigned in Tangub City, Misamis Occidental
Specific Functions:
- Implements, executes, and coordinates appropriate and timely monitoring and evaluation of sales data and facilitates coming up with strategic interventions to eliminate performance gaps;
- Ensures proper maintenance and optimum deployment of trade assets and POP materials to the trade.
- Work with (field work) with sales team 4 times/week and provide work with findings to immediate superior.
- Facilitates and ensures proper and timely sales collections within the assigned area coverage by implementing standard credit policies and collections policies and procedures;
- Ensures quality customer services and execution of appropriate trade services are provided to customers by conducting spot checking and gathering of customer feedback through regular strategic site/customer visits;
- Facilitates and ensures proper utilization, analysis and management of sales data including the full compliance to the system standard of NPI – My Buddy System, by the sales team – and the same system (My Buddy) should be monitored on a daily basis during post sales.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration or any related course
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in FMCG environment or Distribution Operations

Human Resource Specialist
Job Description:
Performs diligently, documents and safe keeps of record of Wage and Salary Administration, Benefits Administration, Employee Services, Employee and Relations, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Training and Development initiatives. Serve as the lead implementer in employing prescribe standards, policies, and projects.

Qualifications:
- With at least 3-year work experience in the field of HR handling the different facets of HR
- Graduate of AB/BS Psychology or any related course
- Skills related to interpersonal communication: listening, speaking, and writing
