Program Officer
Job Description:
The program officer shall be responsible for the implementation of KMBI’s microfinance program. S/he shall organize and form centers and develop center leaders. S/he shall also be processing, monitoring, recording, and evaluating the loans of KMBI’s client.
Qualifications:
- 18 to 35 years old
- Male or Female graduate of any 4 or 2 year course with at least 84 units earned
- Willing to do FIELD WORK and has the compassion to serve the poor and will be assigned in Ozamiz City
- Equivalent work experience in credit and collection management is an advantage, but not required (Fresh grad are also welcome to apply)
- People oriented, good communication skills, customer service driven with strong Christian values.
