Sales Supervisor
Qualifications:
- A graduate of any business related degree
- Preferably with two (2) years field sales management experience in FMCG environment
- A holder of valid driver’s license RC 12
- Good management and leadership skills
Job Functions:
To ensure the attainment of territory’s sales: key results areas & business process audit, distribution, merchandising and collection objectives within set standards. Ensure optimum field sales performance through regular coaching.

Major Function:
- Responsible for managing and supervising the Sales team
- Attaining or exceeding current and long-range sales and profit goals in accordance with the unit plans, programs, and budget
- Ensuring that the established standards of performance are met by the sales unit and in accordance with the Operations and Control Team
